I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, inflamed, and unheard.
For 30 years, I struggled with symptoms that no one seemed to fully understand. I was stuck in cycles of burnout, chronic fatigue, thyroid flares, and confusing lab results that didn’t match how I felt. I tried doing “everything right,” but my body kept saying otherwise. I saw countless doctors and specialists, but time and again, I left appointments feeling dismissed and defeated. Many times, I was told my labs were “normal,” even when I knew deep down something wasn’t right. I asked for specific blood tests and was often told they weren’t necessary.
It wasn’t until recently that I found a functional practitioner who truly listened—someone willing to dig deeper and order the labs no one else would—that I finally beginning to uncover the root causes of my flare-ups. I continued to do my own research and even met with a functional dietician. That was the turning point in my healing journey. Through anti-inflammatory nutrition, strength-building movement, and calming daily habits, I'm beginning to heal in a sustainable way. It’s also what led me to create this space—for others like me, who are searching for answers, validation, and a more compassionate path to wellness. This space is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to keep pushing through. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen in, and honor the pace your healing truly needs.
